What a find! Shawn did an excellent job with our kitchen knives, some of which are high quality chef knives that were in poor shape. He went above and beyond, taking great care to restore the blades to their original quality and razor-sharpness. His knowledge and expertise are unmatched in this area, plus he is a pleasure to work with. My wife says she is very, very happy, and preparing meals is a delight with these “new” blades. We could not recommend him any higher.

Shawn is absolutely phenomenal at knife sharpening! He sharpened our entire set of harvesting knives. They worked incredibly well. They were sharp enough to easily handle cutting whole raw chicken! Better be careful though. They are sharp. We highly recommend his business.

I had an older knife that I wanted it professionally sharpened. I came across The Blade Keeper on Google and Shawn was extremely prompt. He had great pricing, and he was able to help me out with great ease, way sooner than I imagined. He took excellent care of the blade, cleaned the folding mechanism, and even oiled everything in the process. Shawn also has an abundance of knowledge that he can share with you if you have any questions while he works. Just be cautious of his “ferocious” guard dog. She requires much petting as punishment for taking time away from her owner.
